David was the most thoughtful husband and daddy today (as always!) - he took off half a day and picked up the boys to go bowling and to see Bolt at the movie theater! I got to get presents wrapped, clean up a little, and have some one on one time with Reese! It was so nice and so needed, and he's so appreciated! So, I'm thankful for him (again!) and thankful for some rest today!
Luke said he was thankful Daddy took them bowling. Caden said, "Me too!" (Which, incidentally, made Luke cry for "taking" his idea, but what are you going to do?!?)
We were all also thankful for a busy weekend - it's been crazy getting ready for the open house that we had last night for everyone at the church - I'm not sure how many people came, but they represented about 40 families, so it was definitely a great turn-out, and we were so thankful for the opportunity to spend time with friends in a relaxed setting and show them in a small way that we appreciate them so much!
Tonight we were also thankful for Miss Mel's gift card to Olive Garden - our dinner was delicious!!!
