Friday was Dr. Seuss's Birthday so the kids got to wear hats to school - they were pumped.
I was too - I didn't have to fix their hair that morning!
It was also Texas' Independence Day and the day of the academic pep rally at school!
Reese was happy to get to participate in the pledges.
I got a great video of Luke's first grade class singing Deep In The Heart of Texas - it was awesome.
Caden got recognized for straight A's!! Woohoo!
And the highlight of my week - the boys added a free text app to their ipods. I got my first text from Luke and it just melted my heart. Then I got my second text from him and laughed out loud. He's pretty clever...
Love these great kids!
