And they went letterboxing with us! Letterboxing is the other new activity. There are clues online to find where letterboxes are hidden (they are all over the world). We chose to find the 2 hidden on the Hardin Simmons campus, and asked Miss Kacie to join us! We followed the clues and found the first letterbox pretty quickly! Inside is a hand-made stamp and a notebook. We brought our notebooks and our own stamps and an ink pad. We stamped our stamps in the notebooks in the letterboxes, then used the stamps in the letterbox to stamp our own notebooks.

The second one was harder to find - we were thankful for Miss Kacie!

It was fun! We had a good time and will be mailing our flat friends on to North Carolina on Monday, and will be awaiting our new ones to come in the mail! Our flat friends rode around in our diaper bag just about everywhere we went they just didn't make it into that many pictures! We enjoyed having them! I think we're going to try to find another letterbox this week too! So fun!

Yay! That is so exciting seeing them on your blog! I can't wait to show the girls when they wake tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know this post was up. You have two adorable boys. AND I got to find a new blog! We're mailing this one out tomorrow as well. Have a great week!
Hi Hayley! The Flat Stanley I sent you didn't have an email address so I never emailed her. There wasn't a first name on the envelope either but it did say the last name Cardwell. Maybe that will help figuring out who to email when finished with it? I was hoping she would comment on my blog so I would know. Have fun with that one, it was really cute! Hope the last name helps????
