Yes, I know the title is a typo, but that's how all 3 kids say it, so that's what we're going with. Today was a fun day! The kids got Valentine's in their mailboxes from me this morning...
Luke especially enjoyed his toast with nutella for breakfast...
Then they were off to school with these little valentines with lotions for their teachers!
Reese and I helped set things up for Luke's class party, then I was back and forth between the boys' parties until school was out at 3!
They consumed a month's worth of sugar before they left school, then brought home the left-overs. After school we headed to Wichita Falls for half-price Fuzzy's Tacos, which I'm happy to say is becoming an almost weekly family tradition. We meet Grando, Necie, Bobo, and Uncle Weston out there, and eat and visit for about an hour and a half. Then we run whatever errands we have and head home. The tacos are delicious, the company is fantastic, and the errands are so much faster on a Tuesday night than on the weekend!
Tonight the kids were extra spoiled with valentines from the fam!
Transformers, boxes of chocolates, and slap bracelets for the boys; a teddy bear and rose, princess wand, crown, purse, and necklace for Reese.
On the way home, Reese announced that "When I was a little girl, I used to sing a song about this teddy and it goes like this..." Then she rambled for several minutes about how she "loves it, loves it, LOVES IT!!!" and it reminded me of Buddy the Elf singing spontaneously to his dad. It was awesome.
Happy Valentimes Day from the Warrens :)
