Sweet Luke's 3rd Birthday!!!

Luke's birthday was on Monday this year. Daddy took the day off and we did everything Luke wanted to do to celebrate. Luke even chose his own clothes! The night before, we went out to eat at Cracker Barrel with our friends HT and Michele. When Luke had his 2nd accident and I was out of clean clothes for him, Miss Michele bought him some new shorts "for his birthday"! The smallest size they had was a 5T, which swallowed him, but Luke LOVES them! He wore them that night, he slept in them, and he cried when I tried to get him to change on the morning of his birthday! So, we safety-pinned them and let him wear them! Our day started at Chuck E Cheese's...

Luke chose Chili's for his birthday lunch - We were all happy about that!


Both boys needed to go to the restroom, so Daddy was the only one left at the table when the waiters first came out to sing happy birthday. A few minutes later they were back!

Where was Luke during the singing? Ducked as low he could go ...

Luke was unimpressed with the song, but very impressed with the dessert that accompanied it!


After lunch you both took short naps in the car while we waited for the Putt-Putt place to open. You had so much fun, and Luke really improved since we were last there!

Luke Todd, my sweet boy, I love you so much and can't believe how precious you are! You are so sweet, so funny, will do anything for a laugh; you love super-heroes, pirates, dinosaurs, transformers, and your brother. You used to always say you were Mommy's boy, but now you're alternating between Mommy and Daddy. You are full of life and personality and fun, and we all love you very much!
